After wins against Jacksonville University and Liberty to round out the regular season, the Kennesaw State volleyball team will enter the ASUN Tournament as the No. 2 seed.

The Kennesaw State volleyball team is a close-knit bunch that has had some highs and lows this season. One member of the team has been a standout for the past three years.

The volleyball team’s record-setting night against Alabama on Wednesday, Sept. 17, was followed by two losses at the Gamecock Invitational over the weekend.

After losing to Samford, the Kennesaw State volleyball team dug deep to grind out a five-set victory over South Alabama.

Kennesaw State’s volleyball team played two home games over the weekend, sweeping Liberty 3-0 on Friday, Nov. 2, before falling to Florida Gulf Coast 3-1 on Sunday.

Kennesaw State’s volleyball team traveled to Florida over the weekend to play North Florida and Stetson, defeating the Osprey 3-0 on Friday, Oct. 26, before they lost by the same score to the Hatters on Saturday.

The volleyball team continues conference dominance with only six matches remaining.

Game performance on Friday was a total team effort for the Owls, as six players had at least five kills and the team combined for 10 blocks. Karlee Groover led the way defensively with 18 digs.
