The Kennesaw State soccer team will head into its 2019 season with a squad of experienced players who led them to a successful 12-6-1 record last year.

The Kennesaw State women’s soccer team was knocked out of the ASUN playoffs by North Alabama.

The KSU women’s soccer team played Lipscomb University into overtime before falling 1-0 at Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 21.

The Kennesaw State women’s soccer team scored two second-half goals in quick succession as they pulled away for a 2-0 win against visiting Jacksonville at Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Friday, Sept. 28.

Owls continue to impress at home.

The Kennesaw State women’s soccer team played twice last week, relinquishing their four-match winning streak in a loss at Samford before drawing against Mercer at home.

Kennesaw State improved to 7-1 with wins against Georgia Southern and the University of Georgia this weekend. This start is the best KSU has had since moving to Division I in 2005.

The Kennesaw State soccer team began its season with success, winning their opening home match 3-0 against Western Carolina on Friday, Aug. 17, prior to taking a 1-0 victory over Georgia State two days later.

KSU fell to Lipscomb 1-0 Friday in Nashville and were eliminated from the ASUN playoffs.

The KSU soccer team beat Lipscomb 1-0 to advance to the ASUN playoffs and will play North Florida this Sunday, Oct. 8, at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
