On Sep. 8, 2025, an anonymous celebrity came forward and recounted their experience being coerced into doing a jean commercial for an unnamed brand.

After promotions from Beyoncé for Levi, which was followed by the controversial ad campaign by American Eagle and Sydney Sweeney, there has been a rise in jean advertisements.

This includes KATSEYE’s GAP ad and Travis Kelce with American Eagle.

Are brands really competing in a capitalist game, and are celebrities playing along, or is there more to it? This anonymous public figure can answer this question.

Claiming to have just been rescued from the kidnapping, the celebrity has flawless skin and perfect hair, which adds to their brave cold face.

“It was awful. I was told to come to this corporate office and sign a contract with my PR team and manager,” stated the celebrity.

When asked if they were physically coerced into doing the ad by means of violence, the celebrity refused to comment. They simply said they felt that they had no option but to do the ad.

“It is worth noting that I only have a meager couple million dollars, not a couple hundred million like a lot of celebrities. So, finances are important to me”, said the celebrity.

While the celebrity declined to reveal which brand kidnapped them, they did reveal what the ad consists of before it is aired next week.

“It is of me wearing jeans and with words saying certain people don’t matter”, explained the celebrity.

“So, I felt awful that I had to do that. I didn’t even know these people existed or what issues they faced,” continues the celebrity.

The celebrity was then asked what they thought of the ad from a business perspective since they have two business degrees.

“You know, college doesn’t teach you everything. I mean, yeah, we are taught how to think about the impacts of marketing, but I didn’t expect a contract to have such big words,” said the celebrity.

When asked how they were kidnapped and rescued, the celebrity said they were held against their will because they had to wait in an office room ten extra minutes while the brand executives returned from a previous meeting.

“It was torture. I would have said no to the ad if they had been on time. I was then rescued when I had a lunch break after the meeting,” explained the celebrity.

Charges will be pressed on the brand for this alleged kidnapping. However, lawyers can be heard chuckling in the background of audio recordings.

Finally, the celebrity was asked about how they think the celebrity world would react to the ad.

“Some of my colleagues have already received phone calls asking them to do ads from other brands to rebuke mine. I guess they have the same money troubles as myself,” said the celebrity.
