Apartment fire victim endures hardship, wins Outstanding Student Award

The Georgia Supreme Court decided in the Board of Regents’ favor to allow the information regarding research done by a Kennesaw State University professor to be released through the Georgia open records act.

A former employee at the Kennesaw campus bookstore believes he was fired for wearing lipstick that conformed to his gender expression. He also believes the firing was retaliation for reporting discrimination to the Office of Institutional Equity.

Rising-senior Bradley Heath was chosen to attend the Harvard Business School’s Summer Venture in Management Program June 15-21.
