Kennesaw State Baseball released the full 2023 schedule on Monday morning, just days after their fall exhibition game against Georgia Tech.
The schedule includes seven teams that previously advanced to the NCAA Regionals in 2022. It also includes games against seven Power 5 programs. “I am excited for the challenge that the 2023 schedule brings,” Head Coach Ryan Coe said. “Our guys are going to have an opportunity to play against some of the best college baseball programs in the nation and I look forward to watching us compete.” Coe continued, “We have some big-time teams scheduled to visit and I am pumped to see our fans pack The Shake!”
KSU will kick off their season by hosting the University of New Orleans for Opening Weekend on Feb. 17-19 for a three game series.
The Owls will remain at Stillwell Stadium in the battle against Georgia State for the first midweek game of the year on Feb. 21.
KSU finishes their seven game stay at home with a weekend matchup on Feb. 24-26 against LIU-Brooklyn.
The Owls will go on the road for the first time of the season to play Georgia Tech on Mar. 1. Following this, KSU will head back home to The Shake to compete against Boston College on Mar. 3-5.The Owls leave to go on the road for a midweek trip to Georgia State on Mar. 7 just before returning to Stillwell Stadium for a three-team tournament with the University of Michigan and UAB (Mar. 10-12).
On Mar. 14, KSU will hop on the road to face 2022 Statesboro Regional host, Georgia Southern while meeting 2022 Big Ten Tournament runner-up, Rutgers, at Stillwell Stadium.
KSU is set to host Clemson for the first time in series history on Mar. 22. The Owls will travel to play the team again on Apr. 25.
Mercer will also be welcomed to The Shake as the Owls will face them on Mar. 29 before heading to play Mercer on the road on Apr. 12.
KSU will have a highly anticipated matchup against the Georgia Bulldogs where they will first compete in Kennesaw on Apr. 4 and meet again on May 2 in Athens.
At The Shake this season, fans can expect to see the Owls host five ASUN opponents including Eastern Kentucky (Mar. 24-26), Austin Peay (Apr. 6-8), Liberty (Apr. 14-16), Jacksonville (Apr. 28-30) and North Alabama (May 12-14).
Starting on Mar. 17-19, KSU will begin making conference trips to Stetson. The Owls will then travel to Jacksonville State Mar. 31-Apr. 2. From there, KSU will tour through Queens (Apr. 21-23), Lipscomb (May 5-7) and Florida Gulf Coast (May 19-21) respectively.

The ASUN Baseball Championships are currently set for May 23-27. Stetson University will be hosting the Championships this season. As the reigning champions, the Owls plan to defend their ASUN Tournament title.
