Reported Rape/Sexual Assault, constituting a Forcible Sexual Offense, was reported to have occurred May 1, 2015. This incident is reported to have occurred at KSU Place.
Suspect is a KSU student, male, approximately 6’0”, brown hair.
The victim, a KSU student, reported sometime between Thursday, April 30, 2015 into Friday, May 1, 2015 that the suspect drove the victim from a party to the victim’s apartment where the sexual assault occurred.
It can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a threat to members and guests of the University community. It is the duty of the institution to warn of possible “dangerous conditions” on or near the campus, and at affiliate organizations off campus; an “affirmative duty” exists to warn persons associated with this University of possible peril at the hands of some third party or parties.
