Political commentator to assess Republicans’ approach to the 2016 presidential election

KENNESAW, Ga. (April 9, 2015) — Political commentator, author and columnist Ann Coulter will deliver the second “Marketplace of Ideas” public lecture at Kennesaw State University on Wednesday, April 22.
Coulter’s talk, titled “Republicans Could Win, if They’d Stop Doing Some of the Things They’re Doing,” continues the “Marketplace of Ideas” series, which Kennesaw State launched in 2013 to present guest speakers and discussions on a wide range of issues. Coulter’s remarks will be followed by questions and answers from the audience. The Kennesaw State University College Republicans are hosting the forum.
According to The Marietta Daily Journal, Coulter would be paid a fee of about $20,000, funded by the Kennesaw State University Foundation.
Coulter is the legal correspondent for the online newspaper Human Events, and she writes a syndicated column for Universal Press Syndicate.
She is a frequent guest on TV talk shows, including Hannity, Red Eye, Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox & Friends, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Early Show, The Tonight Show and The O’Reilly Factor.
Among the most recent of Coulter’s 10 New York Times bestsellers are: “Never Trust a Liberal Over Three —Especially a Republican” (2013);“Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama” (September 2012); “Demonic: How the Liberal Mob is Endangering America” (June 2011); and “Guilty: Liberal Victims and Their Assault on America” (January 2009).
A lawyer who has practiced in New York City and once clerked for a U.S. Court of Appeals judge, Coulter graduated with honors from Cornell University School of Arts & Sciences, and received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an editor of The Michigan Law Review.
